without incurring a charge at all, well except for the minutes required to make the call on a cell phone other wise it’s currently a free 411 telephone directory service.
PS. My favorite free Web Telephone directory service is “http://www.switchboard.com“; Note the reverse telephone number lookup option. A handy tool sometimes when you have a number with no name…
